Summary of the role: We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience who combines strong backend engineering skills, a working knowledge of Machine Learning, and familiarity with frontend development. You'll help build intelligent, user-focused applications by integrating open-source ML models into modern, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python or Node.js
• Integrate and experiment with open-source ML models and OpenAI APIs to power intelligent features
• Design, test, and deploy A/B experiments across various user segments and platforms
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience
• Optimize the full stack—from model output to frontend presentation—for performance and usability
• Contribute to architecture decisions for backend and ML pipelines
• Support and deploy on-device ML models where applicable (a plus)
• Apply basic frontend development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) to support UI integrations.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including full-stack or backend roles.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with Python or Node.js
• Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science concepts
• Hands-on experience with open-source ML frameworks and tools like OpenAI
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven feature validation
• Experience or interest in on-device ML is an advantage
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, or vanilla JS)

We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed.
