OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly analytical Forecasting Analyst to support the scale and consistency of forecasting across our client portfolio. This role will focus on building andmaintainingreliable monthly forecasts at the advertiser level for every client, ensuring forecasts areaccurate, clearly understood, and aligned to client strategies.In addition, this individual will support Quartile’s Forecasting Specialist with continued development and improvement of our forecastingcapabilities.
This individual will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) toensure they understand and can speak to their client’s forecast. The role is critical to enabling a more structured, forecast-driven client engagementmodel.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills arerequired(formulas, pivot tables, structured models)
- Highly organized with strong workflow management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with recurring monthly deliverables
- Clear communicator, able to explainforecastsand assumptions to non-analytical stakeholdersin verbal, written and visual mediums
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Strategy teams

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
- Every account has a consistent,accuratemonthly forecast at the advertiser level
- CSMs trust and actively use forecasts to anchor client expectations and conversations
- Forecasts are delivered on time, updated as needed, and aligned to client strategies
- Forecasting becomes a scalable, reliable foundation for client engagement and performance management
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build andmaintainmonthly forecasts for ad spend, ad sales, and total sales across all managed accounts, broken out by advertiser
- Assessingtheviability ofusingQuartileforecastingtechnologyonrequestswithinsetSLAs anddeploying alternate,manualforecastingmethodologies asneeded.
- Ensure every account has a complete, reliable forecast that can be used to anchor client performance expectations
- Build scalable processes for managing forecasting workload, ensuringtimelydelivery while providing visibility into the forecasting backlog for cross functional stakeholders
- Partner closely with CSMs to:
- Review andvalidateforecasts
- Ensure forecasts align with clientobjectives, constraints, and strategies
- Maintain forecasting accuracy at scale, managing updates, revisions, and exceptions as needed
- Identifygaps, inconsistencies, or risks in forecasts and proactively flag them to CSMs or leadership
- Contribute to improving forecasting processes, templates, and workflows over time
- Work within defined deadlines to support monthly, weekly, and quarterly client engagement cadences
