Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings: Guide the team through daily stand-ups, ensuring efficient communication and impediment removal.
- Manage project backlogs: Prioritize tasks, refine user stories, and ensure the backlog is always up-to-date and reflects current project needs.
- Track progress and report on key metrics: Monitor project progress against deadlines, identify potential risks, and report status to stakeholders.
- Remove impediments: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals. This could involve coordinating with other departments or finding solutions to technical issues.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices: Mentor team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment."
Qualifications
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
- 2+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban): Experience with various Agile frameworks; understanding of Agile principles
- 3+ years of experience in Project Planning & Execution: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana); experience creating and managing project plans
- 3+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience managing expectations across multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in Facilitation & Coaching: Experience leading scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective); coaching team members on Agile practices
- 2+ years of experience in Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactive problem-solving

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is recommended.
- Relevant Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
- Other: Experience leading or participating in Agile projects is crucial. A portfolio demonstrating successful project completion and scrum team facilitation would be beneficial.e.)
