Quantrics Enterprises, Inc. is a subsidiary of Nordia, which is Canada's largest provider of customer service solutions. Quantrics provides captive services in IT Development, technical and customer call centers, and shared services support for Canada's leading telecommunications provider. Established in Canada in January 2016, Quantrics opened its doors in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines, as a captive offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) contact center in August 2016. The company expanded its business model in 2017 to include IT development and shared services. Quantrics has positioned itself as more than a customer service champion, aiming to be a leading Digital Services and IT/Software Solutions Provider. The company emphasizes innovation and technological advancements, driven by the passion of its employees, referred to as the 'Qmunity'.

Quantrics focuses on fostering professional career growth and enabling employees to contribute to the global digital landscape. Initially centered on Customer Call Center Operations supporting Bell Media, Quantrics has broadened its scope to encompass Bell's shared services support and has diversified into IT and Software Development, including mobile app and web development, and blueprint programming. The company has received recognition as a top employer, including being rated by Glassdoor in its third year and acknowledged as a Wellness Company of the Year by Asia CEO Awards in 2021 and 2022. It also received the Best Company of the Year Outside NCR award from the International ICT Awards in 2022. Quantrics operates with a 'people-first' philosophy, prioritizing the needs and well-being of its employees, partners, and the Qmunity. This approach is reflected in their commitment to creating a positive work environment and their recognition programs. As of May 2025, Quantrics, along with Nordia, has rebranded to NQX, signifying a unified brand focused on customer experience and digital innovation. However, the existing digital presence under the quantrics.com domain still reflects the Quantrics brand and its established operations in the Philippines with sites in Taytay, San Mateo, and Naga.
