Mission:• Join us as the Lead of Customer Insight to spearhead the transformation of Qonto’s approach to customer knowledge. You will be the architect behind centralizing, analyzing, improving and deploying actionable insights that will shape the future of our products and strategies, enabling Qonto to maintain its position as a leader in the fintech sector.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Lead of Customer Insight at Qonto, you will:• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive roadmap to centralize and valorize customer insights across the organization over our 4 markets.• Build and mentor a team dedicated to extracting, analyzing, and communicating customer and prospects insights.• Foster collaboration with key departments including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Strategy to ensure insights inform decision-making and strategy.• Implement and optimize tools and processes for efficient customer insight gathering, analysis, and distribution (Chattermill, Refiner) and increase its usage accross Qonto through trainings.• Champion a customer-centric culture, influencing product development and marketing strategies through actionable insights and recommendations.

🤝 About your future manager:• Their background: You will directly report to Marion, our Global Marketing and Comms Director. After almost 12 years within marketing consulting and and within fast-paced and international Tech companies, Marion has a proven track record in defining and executing successful marketing strategies & rebranding for companies such as Trainline and The Fork ;• What they can bring to you? With her experience and passion for building love brands, Marion brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles, but most of all create a structured and creative environment for her team to grow and achieve the best results they can.
🏅 About You:• 10+ years of agency and in-house experience in consumer research or analytics, with a proven track record in a leadership role.• Demonstrated ability to drive 360° research knowledge and insight-driven strategies within a large-scale organization.• Exceptional analytical skills, with experience in statistical methods and data analysis tools to draw business-relevant conclusions.• Strong project management capabilities, able to lead multiple actionable and pragmatic initiatives simultaneously to enhance the business.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence across departments and levels, with the ability to federate and drive energy.• Fluency in English required, additional languages are appreciated.• Location and Remote Work: Based in Paris or fully remote with regular visits to the office.🎁 Perks
