Job Description

Must-Have:

• Capacity to manage the workload and ensure the team's work-life balance, set quarterly
goals, evaluate, and give regular and appropriate feedback to direct reports.
• Advance social media campaign management/optimization knowledge.
• English C1
• Advance skills on Implementing social media marketing campaigns.

• Strong communication skills.

• Result oriented skills.

• Attention to details skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, operating as an in-agency expert while showing a good
understanding of the overall media landscape.
• Advance Excel knowledge.

• Intermediate project management skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields:

• Digital marketing

• Community Management

• Media planning
• Media Buying
• Creative strategy
• Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek.
• Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C.

• Verification Tools: IAS - MOA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• English B2.
• +2 years’ experience in social media campaign management/optimization
• Strict attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to grasp new concepts swiftly.
• Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, task prioritization.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
