You’ll partner closely with engineers and business leaders to shape services from concept to launch (and beyond), championing caregiver needs every step of the way. From defining bold, multi‑year solution visions to guiding features through design, build, release, and adoption, you’ll own the full lifecycle with pride. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Strong program and project experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
- 5 or more years of experience of Print Management Enterprise Experience
- Azure DevOps (ADO): Experience managing backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Azure DevOps
- VPSX Print Management: Experience supporting and managing enterprise print environments using VPSX Print Management
- Xerox: Familiarity with Xerox enterprise printing solutions, device management, and print services support
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Power BI: Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights and support decision‑making
