Administrative Fellow *Remote- Per Diem*
The Health Equity Fellow will support Providence's participation in the HEA, as well as supporting the transfer of learnings back to Providence's ACOE in order to enhance and optimize internal efforts to use data to identify health inequities and root causes, as well as measure the impacts of efforts to reduce them.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in BA/BS degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in working to address health equity.
- 4 years of working in administration, project management, clinical leadership, quality, or training.
- 4 years of experience with applying process improvement, change management methods, and/or developing or managing programs.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or community based organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in MA/MS degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.

Min: $38.57, Max: $61.05
Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt)
Min: $34.38, Max: $54.42
