Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday 8 to 5
Location: Hybrid-remote but may require you to work onsite around Seattle, Washington
Job description:
As a Centralized Triage Nurse, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Via telehealth platforms, you will assess patient symptoms, provide evidence-based clinical advice and direct patients to the appropriate level of care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone assessments to determine urgency and level of care
- Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Prioritize incoming calls and manage high call volumes effectively

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience in a clinic or
- 1 year Nursing experience in acute care with completion of a residency program or
- 1 year Nursing Tech experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
