Complete and pass a complimentary CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes). Complete and pass a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30 to 90 minutes). Complete and pass a complimentary NSC's Driver Safety Course online (2-3 hours).
