Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales analytics, business intelligence, and distribution strategy within life insurance, annuities, or financial services
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams across analytics, enablement, and intelligence functions
- Strong background in sales operations, reporting, forecasting, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights and strategies
- Experience supporting national distribution teams, wholesalers, or institutional sales channels
- Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
- Ability to travel for business as needed
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, including dashboarding and KPI development
- Experience with CRM systems, sales performance tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into executive-level insights
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and sales enablement tools preferred
