About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Founder Associate to work effectively across several project areas, and report directly to the founders. In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Setting up teams from scratch
Launching exciting new products and features
Analyzing data and developing strategies
Collaborating with the Founders
Engaging with prospects and customers (GTM)
This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced founders of our early-stage startup. Your contributions will significantly impact our growth and direction, and you will make an impact from day one. As your career progresses, you could find yourself managing a specific team or department, leading our expansion into new markets, or even potentially starting your own venture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Swiss knife to the founder and team, setting up financial reports, dunning processes, or organizing offsites
Set up and own several operational processes (in GTM, finance, product, etc.)
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with department leads
Grow into an operations/finance role, owning company OKRs and financial structures
Exact projects will depend on evolving needs and your interests and skill set
About You
Previous relevant experience in fast-paced environments (top-tier consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups)
Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style
Cope well with frequent change and ambiguity, able to break down complex problems and prioritize tasks
Hands-on mentality, defaulting to action and iterating on progress
Excellent communication skills in English
Seeking the highest learning opportunity and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice-to-have: technical skills and understanding of software development (APIs, cloud solutions, programming languages)
