Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in program operations, HR operations, or vendor management
- Working knowledge of contingent labor models, PEO arrangements, and workforce compliance
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in VMS tools, data systems, and reporting platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
