As Project Manager Transformation, you will play a vital role in driving our clients’ strategic objectives. You’ll blend your expertise in both project management and financial industry to guide projects from inception to completion. Your work will be central in ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions and long-term results.

What will you do?

  • Take the lead on managing comprehensive change programs, ensuring projects align with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to scope, analyze, and define both business and technical requirements.
  • Align project objectives with client’s overarching strategic goals and ensure all activities meet their business needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams to set realistic goals, milestones, and timelines.
  • Manage detailed project documentation and produce regular status reports to track project progress.
  • Design and implement innovative technical solutions that support business growth, ensuring seamless integration with industry standards.
  • Drive operational consistency by tracking project performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee process improvements to enhance both user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly.

This position is not offered 100% remote, and we cannot support relocation to Belgium.

Requirements

Your skills & qualifications

  • First experience managing IT projects with a good understanding of both technical and business requirements
  • Familiar with the financial services sector
  • Familiar with methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, waterfall or Agile
  • Experience in change management or IT transformation
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • It's nice to have experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • Expertise in delivering on time, within budget, and to specification
  • A “can-do” attitude—comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into tangible results
  • Fluency in Dutch or French, plus English

Please note that relocation support to Belgium is not available, this role cannot accommodate fully remote work and we cannot support working visa procedures.
