PPM Manajemen was established on July 3, 1967, with a vision to enhance the quality of management and leadership in Indonesia. Originally known as Yayasan Pendidikan dan Pembinaan Manajemen, the organization was created to address the nation’s acute need for professional managers skilled in effective business administration. The founders, Dr. A.M. Kadarman and F.G. Hendricks, aimed to create a premier management institution that mirrored the standards of prestigious business schools like Harvard Business School.

Today, PPM Manajemen is recognized as a leader in integrated management solutions, providing a wide array of services to foster the growth of individuals and organizations alike. Operating through six key units, including the PPM School of Management, we offer undergraduate and graduate programs that equip students with comprehensive management knowledge and practical skills. Additionally, our Executive Development Programs are designed to enhance the capabilities of professionals and companies through specialized training sessions. We also provide consulting services and publish materials to further disseminate effective management practices.
