Job Summary: As a Supervisor of Telemarketing you will manage daily operations, provide ongoing training and support to the team, and monitor performance to ensure sales targets are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with telemarketing regulations and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of telemarketers, providing guidance and support to ensure team members achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to help team members improve their communication, sales, and product knowledge skills. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against targets and KPIs. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to optimize lead generation and sales conversions. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure that telemarketing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, such as do-not-call lists and privacy laws.
- Problem Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, providing solutions in a professional and timely manner. Guide team members on effective problem-solving techniques.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, calls, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivating work environment by recognizing achievements and promoting teamwork.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the telemarketing team and upper management, providing regular updates on team performance and sales outcomes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in telemarketing and a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of telemarketing laws and regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range: $74,500 - $84,000
