Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Lead Payments Analyst, Issuer Processor to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the technical aspects of the issuer platforms and payment processor platforms. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in payment systems, integrations, and data analysis to ensure seamless operations, maintain system integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issuer Platform & Processor Integration: Oversee and manage the integration of credit card issuer platforms with third-party payment processors and acquirers. Ensure data flows seamlessly between internal systems and external partners.

• Transaction Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze transaction data across multiple platforms to detect anomalies, errors, and any data integrity issues.

• System Optimization & Configuration: Work closely with our product, business, and development teams to optimize the configuration of payment platforms and processors. Recommend improvement to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to payment systems configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Payment Networks Certification: Work with our card acquiring certification team on any new or existing certification that is required with our payment networks or issuer processors.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the payment platform management, financial transaction systems, particularly in the credit card issuer space.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the merchant acquiring/credit card processing industry

• Detailed understanding of card associations interchange compliance

• Proficiency of PCs – Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and multi-tasking capabilities

• Strong experience with integration of payment systems and troubleshooting complex issues across multi[le systems.

• Strong knowledge of the ISO20022 and ISO8583 messaging standards and different APIs ( rest, soap, websockets).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $94,365 - $113,890
