The Role
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist you’ll be part of the Influencer Team, which is responsible for engaging with top industry influencers and experts in order to raise awareness about the brand and drive new acquisitions. Your role as an Influencer Marketing Specialist will involve reaching out to influencers, sourcing new collaborations and building long-term partnerships with industry experts.
What you'll be doing:
- Find prominent influencers and build successful relationships with them
- Build engaging outreach emails and send them to the influencers
- Create campaign briefs and identify the right influencers for it
- Stay in touch with our top influencers to ensure they deliver high-quality content on a regular basis
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and influencers in the print-on-demand industry
- Track and report on the collaboration performance
- Test out new niches via influencer marketing
- Work closely with other marketing teams to align on cross-promotions
Minimum qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications field or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, high level of English
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing
- Good understanding of marketing metrics: views, clicks, engagement, etc.
- Ability to maintain focus and motivation despite setbacks, thrive in a high-pressure, feedback-rich environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working with influencers or experts
- Proven track record in outreach campaigns
- Experience in marketing or sales for a B2B company
- Experience in e-commerce
- Past experience with CRM systems
