Account Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager (Thailand) to join our team and help managing our key account for our flagship product, CircleDNA. If you love learning new things, being curious and delivering great results, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our local distributor
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Acting as the point of contact for any major client issues

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
• Train and educate our distributor’s sales/operations team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3 years B2B account management experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong interest in the technology/healthcare/start-up space
