As an Account Director, Influencer Marketing you will be:

  • Running fully integrated influencer campaigns, utilizing support from junior team members
  • Informing the influencer strategy component of integrated new business efforts
  • Acting as point of contact for senior clients and cultivating long term relationships
  • Managing all aspects of influencer account / project health and profitability from budgets to contracts
  • Developing long term relationships with senior clients and executive teams through strategic counsel, managing challenges and bringing proactive ideas to the table
  • Synthesizing industry trends and translating them to actionable, proactive ideas for clients and teammates
  • Identifying and pitching incremental opportunities to grow business and additional opportunities

Requirements

Experience you have:

  • You have about 7-9 years of experience in digital partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field in an agency environment.
  • You’ve worked with clients, projects and influencers of varying sizes in terms of budget and complexity.
  • You’ve worked on multiple projects at once interacting with both influencers and clients regularly.
  • You know your way around Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) - with very strong knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
  • You’re able to lead the contracting/negotiations process and propose updates to agreements.
  • You’ve mentored or managed junior staff.
