ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at Plaud for Business, you'll drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into enterprise customers through consultative selling. You'll leverage product usage data and insights to create tailored value propositions that resonate with decision-makers. Your role combines strategic relationship building, solution selling, and collaborative internal coordination to close deals efficiently and set the foundation for long-term customer success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects from qualification to close
Develop and execute account strategies that address customer needs and overcome objections
Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight relevant use cases and value propositions
Negotiate contracts and terms that align with both customer needs and company goals
Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to navigate enterprise requirements
Convert free and trial users into paid enterprise accounts through strategic expansion
Forecast accurately and manage the pipeline to ensure predictable revenue delivery
Partner with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful implementations
Document customer feedback and insights to inform product and marketing strategies
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex buying processes
Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools
Understanding of PLG models and how they enable enterprise expansion
