ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Revenue Operations Manager at Plaud for Business, you'll be the architect of our go-to-market systems and processes, ensuring our revenue teams operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You'll build the infrastructure that enables seamless customer journeys from initial product adoption through enterprise expansion, with clean data flows and automated processes that reduce friction and provide actionable insights to drive growth decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and implement a unified lead lifecycle framework in our CRM that connects product usage signals with sales activities
Establish data governance standards and processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting across the revenue funnel
Build and maintain automation workflows that streamline repetitive tasks and improve team productivity
Create comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline health
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize processes for lead routing, opportunity management, and customer handoffs
Implement and manage sales technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, and revenue intelligence tools
Conduct regular audits of data quality and implement corrective measures as needed
Provide training and enablement for revenue teams on systems, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and revenue recognition processes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
3+ years of SaaS revenue operations, sales operations, or related experience
Strong technical skills with experience implementing and administering CRM systems (Salesforce)
Experience with sales engagement and revenue intelligence platforms
Demonstrated success in process optimization and automation development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience creating and managing dashboards and reports
Understanding of PLG business models and how they integrate with enterprise sales motions
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
