About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Credit Controller to join us.

Responsibilities include

• Maintain and update credit control systems to ensure accurate tracking of customer accounts and payments.
• Communicate professionally with customers and their payment partners to confirm invoice receipt and payment scheduling.
• Resolve credit control issues including re-issuing invoices, retrieving contracts, and requesting purchase orders.
• Navigate and utilise payment portals to manage and process claims as required.
• Support the end-to-end payment process by identifying and addressing any obstacles or delays.

Requirements

We’d really like to hear from you, if you have

• Proven experience in high-volume credit control environments, delivering efficient accounts receivable and debt recovery operations.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated and organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Technically confident and systems-savvy (ideally SAGE), with a strong grasp of data management and process logic.
• Tenacious, target-driven professional with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the resilience to handle challenges.
