Philips is seeking a Services Commercial Manager & Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Manager to lead the creation of the overall business strategy and commercial execution for the Services division across Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Requirements
- Bachelor's OR Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing technology, Healthcare, MedTech or equivalent
- 12 - 15 years of experience
- Demonstrated strength in key account management, team leadership, coaching, training, and performance management
- Experience with high-volume, large-ticket service sales
- Ability to manage complex transaction cycles and high-stakes negotiations
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving, solution selling, CRM, and data-driven with strong business acumen
