- Achieve sales targets for defined products/product portfolios
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Continuous improvement of customer experience across all relevant channels and interaction points
- Analysis of regional dynamics and customer needs, as well as derivation of suitable measures
- Integration of Pfizer SME and internal resources at customer need
