The Role
We are looking for a highly technical Head of Digital Marketing with deep expertise across a broad spectrum of digital channels and marketing automation. You will lead the charge in acquiring, retaining, and activating users through owned, earned, and paid strategies—leveraging data, tools, and systems to scale growth efficiently. This is not a role for a pure performance marketer: we're looking for a full-stack digital growth operator who thrives in experimentation, automation, and product-led thinking.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and our country teams, to drive scalable and sustainable growth across our portfolio of pet platforms.
What You’ll Do
You will be overall responsible for our digital marketing - this includes both paid and free online communication.
Own and evolve our full digital marketing stack, from lifecycle and retention flows to performance marketing and funnel experimentation.
Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to deliver automated, data-driven experiences across email, push, and in-product channels.
Manage paid acquisition (Google Search, Meta) as part of a broader, diversified growth strategy.
Build and optimize multi-channel user journeys across buyer and seller segments.
Champion experimentation: test, measure, and iterate on campaigns, funnels, and messaging across geographies.
Leverage tools such as Amplitude and our data warehouse to orchestrate and measure marketing impact.
Who We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong background in online marketplaces.
Proven track record of full-stack digital marketing, with expertise in lifecycle marketing, automation, and performance advertising.
Experience running high-velocity growth experiments across onboarding, reactivation, and engagement.
Technical fluency: you’re comfortable working with tools like SQL, Google Analytics 4, Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Exposure to product-led growth, virality, or other non-paid growth loops is a strong plus.
Experience working in international, remote teams, and able to operate independently and proactively.
Excellent communication skills in English (our company language).
