We’re growing rapidly in the U.S. market and are looking for a driven Commission Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our reach.
Role Overview
As a Commission Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business by selling Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses. This role is 100% remote and offers a very generous commission structure above industry standards-perfect for high-performing sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the U.S. market.
- Sell Microsoft 365 consulting services and Microsoft licenses to SMBs and enterprises.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain client information in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within IT consulting, cloud services, or Microsoft solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, or SaaS-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Existing network of potential clients (preferred but not mandatory).
