Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through the online chat platform in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate and helpful information about our dental services, procedures, and pricing

- Guide potential patients through the scheduling process and assist with any questions or issues that may arise

- Collaborate with the dental office team to ensure a seamless experience for our patients

- Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary

- Identify and escalate any urgent or complex inquiries to the appropriate team member

- Continuously stay updated on our services, promotions, and any other relevant information to better assist customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in using computers and technology, including experience with online chat platforms

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
