About the Client
Our client is building AI-driven tools that transform the way food distributors handle restaurant orders. Their system takes restaurant orders sent via email, uses AI to structure and interpret them, and automatically creates clean, reliable entries in the distributor's ERP system. They're a small, fast-moving team working at the intersection of food logistics and applied AI. You'll be part of a company that values simplicity, pragmatism, and creative problem-solving.
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong eye for frontend development. You'll work on everything from sleek, intuitive UIs for our customers to backend services that process and integrate AI-transformed orders. Expect to move fast, ship often, and have a direct impact on how food gets from restaurants to distributors.
Build and refine web applications using Svelte/React for customer-facing and internal tools.
Develop backend services in Go, connecting to Postgres databases.
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate OpenAI and in-house ML models into production workflows.
Work with Kubernetes (K8s) to deploy and scale services.
Ensure smooth data flow into ERP systems with a focus on reliability and correctness.
Contribute to product design, from brainstorming UX flows to shaping technical architecture.
Requirements
What You Bring
Strong experience in modern frontend frameworks (Svelte and/or React or similar technologies).
Solid knowledge of backend languages (Go, Python, etc.)
Comfort with Postgres and relational data modeling.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.
Experience integrating APIs (bonus if with AI/LLM APIs like OpenAI).
A product-focused mindset: you care about end-users and real-world impact.
Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team with lots of autonomy.
