Lennor Group is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fast-growing regional EdTech SaaS startup operating across Southeast Asia. The role involves developing leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting sales pipeline growth to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (advantage but not required)
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or other customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments (strong plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities
- Comfortable with cold outreach, remote communication, and virtual work setups
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and target-driven, with a strong "hunter" or hustler mindset
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams
