Job Title:Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (Recruitment Administration)

Job Summary:

As an Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (Recruitment Administration), you will serve in a temporary recruiting support role for Connections Academy. This position will provide hands-on recruiting operations support, focusing on managing active job postings, coordinating interview setups, and using reporting to monitor hiring trends and escalate risks as needed. This role will report to the Senior Lead, School HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing 200–350+ active job postings across multiple platforms.

  • Post all school openings using UKG and cross-post to identified external sites.

  • Refresh and close postings as requested to ensure accuracy of the job board.

  • Create and configure video interviews, ensuring proper mapping to each job requisition.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video interviews.

  • Conduct database searches using specific criteria to identify candidate matches.

  • Use data and reporting tools to track application flow and hiring trends.

  • Escalate concerns when hiring teams are not updating dispositions, hiring has paused, or applications have slowed down.

  • Work closely with the HR Partner (HRP) and Talent Strategy Advisor to address issues with open requisitions.

  • Leverage experience with UKG or similar applicant tracking systems to optimize recruiting workflows.

  • Apply recruiting knowledge to support hiring teams and improve candidate pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in recruitment.

  • Hands-on experience with UKG or similar ATS platforms.

  • Ability to help manage high-volume postings (200–350+ simultaneously).

  • Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition support.

  • Familiarity with job posting workflows, candidate database searches, and requisition management.

  • Competence in posting, cross-posting, refreshing, and closing job requisitions.

  • Skilled in setting up and troubleshooting video interview platforms.

  • Ability to use reporting tools to identify trends and escalate concerns (e.g., stalled hiring, slowed applications, incomplete dispositions).

  • Strong coordination skills to work closely with HR Partners and Talent Strategy Advisor.

  • Clear communication when escalating issues with open requisitions.

  • Proactive in identifying bottlenecks in recruiting processes.

  • Resourceful in searching candidate databases using specific criteria.

  • Must be open to a temporary assignment (6 months), starting immediately through October.

  • Must be open to working 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday, with flexible work hours, but at least 4 hours each day must fall between 8 PM and 5 AM MNL.
