Liquidity Lead (m/w/d)

You will be responsible for exploring, developing and implementing new liquidity strategies to attract new liquidity to specific blockchain ecosystems, ensuring seamless capital flow and liquidity management across our decentralized ecosystem.

What you bring to the table

• 3+ years proven experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in liquidity management, treasury, or related financial roles, preferably within the blockchain or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Things you will do

• Designing and implementing comprehensive liquidity management strategies to support the ecosystem.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating liquidity risks to ensure the stability and security of our financial operations.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, liquidity needs, and capital requirements to inform decision-making.
• Optimizing the allocation of capital to ensure efficient use of resources and support the growth of DePINs and other dApps.
• Working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage liquidity effectively.
• Collaborating with the financial team to set and manage budgets for market-making and other liquidity provisions.
• Preparing detailed reports on liquidity positions and strategic recommendations.
• Ensuring all liquidity management practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to liquidity metrics.
• Exploring, developing and implementing new liquidity strategies to attract new liquidity to specific blockchain ecosystems.
• Partner with wallet providers and implement a strategy for integrations with decentralized exchanges and web3 bridges.
• Working hand in hand with institutional investors to jointly implement liquidity strategies that have a mutual benefit for them and the ecosystem(s).
