We are working on optimizing our on-ground field force deployment by revamping the geographic polygon structure (using MapMyIndia grids). This involves:

1.Network Planning & Sales Distribution

2. Analyzing merchant density and sales opportunity at micro-geography level

3. Mapping manpower capacity vs market potential

4. Proposing revised polygon boundaries for better coverage and productivity

5. Supporting data-backed manpower reshuffling or hiring plans.
