Your Team
Payrails is a highly dynamic workplace, and our Sales Team is in charge of engaging with Enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue generation ultimately. Our mission is to:- Perfectly understand the requirements and pain points of our merchant prospects/clients
- Drive effective execution while being sharply oriented to scoping complex solutions
- Ensure that we are always relevant to merchants and they find our interactions very valuable
What You will be doing
- You will conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
- You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification
- You will research and understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
- You will work with CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, track progress, and report on key metrics
You'll be great for this role if
- You have a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- You have 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- You are highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- You have the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
- You are fluent in English.
