About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer/Admin to own and enhance our Salesforce environment in a growing telecommunications organization.
This role combines hands-on administration, technical development, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Salesforce drives operational efficiency, data integrity, and business growth.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions that support company-wide performance.
What You’ll Own
Salesforce Administration
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain strong data integrity through data imports, exports, validation rules, and deduplication efforts.
- Generate, manage, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple departments.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure adoption.
Development & Customization
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and automation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components for advanced functionality.
- Implement and manage workflow automation using Flow to streamline business processes.
- Customize page layouts and enhance user experience within Lightning Experience.
Integration & Optimization
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems including marketing automation, ERP, and billing platforms.
- Support API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement enhancements to improve performance and scalability.
- Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices for stable deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Document system architecture, processes, and user manuals for reference and training purposes.
Must-Have Experience & Skills
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
- Proven ability to build and optimize reports and dashboards.
- Experience with third-party integrations and API connectivity.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (strong plus).
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud or HubSpot integrations.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments preferred.
