Location:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based digital marketing initiatives across key channels (email, web, paid media).
- Design, deploy, and rigorously analyse targeted email campaigns, focusing on segmentation and persuasive copywriting.
- Partner with teams to create compelling marketing content, including thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and legal staffing/talent case studies.
- Ensure strict brand consistency across all collateral, applying visual branding principles and adhering to global standards with design teams.
- Align with global/regional stakeholders on campaign goals and timelines, and diligently track and report KPIs for data-driven improvement.
- Develop marketing assets and messaging for talent acquisition campaigns and actively contribute to both organic and paid social media strategies.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on marketing, preferably in staffing, legal talent, or legal services.
- Prior experience in a US-based or global corporate structure.
- Confidence in developing and crafting professional, client-facing materials.
- Proficient in email marketing, web platforms, and CRM tools (Marketo/Salesforce a plus).
- Familiarity with basic design/branding tools (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive results with minimal supervision, and lead campaigns in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Must be based in South Africa and capable of effective cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Desirable knowledge includes legal industry marketing, digital campaign insight (lead generation/nurturing), and social media marketing exposure.
