We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own and scale Paddle's paid social programme. The role involves managing B2B paid social campaigns at scale, driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in managing B2B paid social campaigns at scale
- Experience across LinkedIn Ads and other social platforms
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of Person Based Advertising & ABM
- Experience building campaigns that move high-value accounts through the funnel
- Experience with Influ2
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to manage significant budgets with precision
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and communicate impact to stakeholders
