Paddle is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across technical and G&A functions, balancing candidate experience, operational excellence, and strategic hiring support. The role requires a commercially-minded and delivery-focused recruiter with significant in-house recruitment experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or scaling technology businesses.

- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices

- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems effectively
- Experience improving hiring operations or recruitment processes
- Experience supporting international hiring and distributed teams
