Your mission
- Lead Generation & Waitlist Management: Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to grow our lead base and manage the client waitlist effectively, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Target Market Segmentation: Identify and segment ICPs and personas, leveraging customer feedback to continuously refine our product and marketing strategies.
- Marketing Communications & Campaign Management: Take charge of our digital presence, including the TeamEpic website, landing pages, social media channels, and client waitlist pages, to boost engagement and lead acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Brand Positioning and Value Proposition: Craft and communicate a compelling and credible low-cost high-quality value proposition for TeamEpic's services, ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms to solidify our market position.
- Analytical Reporting: Evaluate marketing performance, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare for scalable growth with systematic documentation.
What makes you a perfect fit
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, with a keen understanding of the tech and services industry.
- Ability to articulate a clear and compelling value proposition, alongside strong skills in market segmentation and positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience talking to customers and gathering actionable insights.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media, with a history of running successful marketing campaigns.
- Competence in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness, with a readiness to pivot strategies based on data insights.
- Experience collaborating with freelancers and managing a team to create marketing and social collateral, along with the ability to build systems and documentation for scaling marketing activities.
