Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate, with the ability to act on data insights.
- Hands-on experience with tracking implementation and troubleshooting, including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in interpreting performance data and making optimisation decisions.
- Experience running structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel marketing, including prospecting, retargeting, and customer journey optimisation.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools such as Excel and Google Looker Studio, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
