About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator or Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of a well-defined Salesforce initiative. The solution architecture is complete and user stories are documented — the primary need isexecution.

This is a configuration-focused role with limited, well-scoped development tasks. You will work closely with an experienced Solution Architect and Senior Salesforce Developer, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while contributing directly to real delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to documented user stories and approved designs
  • Set up and enhance objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security models
  • Build and manage flows, validation rules, assignment rules, and declarative automation
  • Develop reports and dashboards aligned to business needs
  • Assist with minor development tasks (Apex triggers/classes, Lightning Web Components) under senior guidance
  • Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and configuration updates
  • Contribute to technical documentation, configuration notes, and release artifacts
  • Ensure all work follows Salesforce best practices and internal governance standards

This Role is Ideal For:

  • A mid-level Admin transitioning into Salesforce development
  • A mid-level Developer who is comfortable with configuration-heavy work

This Role is NOT:

  • A senior or lead developer position
  • A solution architecture or design role
  • A complex custom-code or platform engineering engagement


Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer
  • Strong Salesforce configuration skills (objects, flows, automation, security model)
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visual-force
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and automation patterns
  • Experience delivering well-defined user stories in a structured environment
