Role Overview:

Employment type: Full-tim We are seeking a small team of 3 AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across multiple industry verticals. This is a full-time, 100% remote engagement supporting a US-based client, ideal for experienced practitioners who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. The role spans the full AI lifecycle-from rapid prototyping and model development to infrastructure. deployment, and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience building machine learning models and data pipelines.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch preferred).Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with BAS/IAS preparation is a plus.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering techniques.

• Comfortable participating in stakeholder meetings and translating feedback into actionable implementation tasks.

• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality, production-ready code with minimal supervision.

• Experience working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.

• Background in computer vision, natural language processing, or time-series forecasting.

• Contributions to open-source AI or machine learning projects.

• Experience building multi-agent systems or complex AI orchestration workflows.

• Familiarity with geospatial data, satellite imagery, or remote sensing.

Core Tech Stack:

• Languages: Python (primary), JavaScript / TypeScriptBackground in computer vision, natural language processing, or time-series forecasting.

• ML / AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndexExperience building multi-agent systems or complex AI orchestration workflows.

• LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models (Llama, Mistral)

• Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (OpenAI Service)

• Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

• Data: PostgreSQL, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), Redis

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Design and implement LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots, and generative AI integrations. Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, collections, and payment runs.

• Build, optimize, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and data science pipelines. Process payroll in accordance with AU legislation.

• Architect, deploy, and maintain AI infrastructure, including containerized environments, CI/CD pipelines for ML, monitoring, and scalable production systems. Prepare financial and management reports (BS, P&L, Cash Flow).

• Integrate with commercial LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models. Support AU accounting compliance; BAS/IAS prep is a plus.

• Engage with business users and stakeholders to interpret requirements, scope AI use cases, and translate ambiguous needs into clear technical specifications.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and non-technical teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and user workflows.

• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible AI development.

• Document system architectures, runbooks, and handover materials to support long-term maintainability.
