Job Summary:
The VA Coach will lead, mentor, and support a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), ensuring high-quality performance, adherence to processes, and professional growth. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, preferably in a BPO setting, and excels in coaching, process implementation, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Virtual Assistants to maximize productivity and performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback.
Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans.
Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues.
Foster a positive and collaborative remote work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or remote team setting.
Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and team management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to implement processes, drive productivity, and maintain team accountability.
Comfortable working in US business hours and managing remote teams across time zones.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience in performance tracking and reporting
Strong understanding of virtual team dynamics and remote work best practices
