SR Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SR Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. As the SR Co-Manufacturing Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance across all co-manufacturing partnerships. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our product quality standards, as well as developing and implementing quality control measures to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food safety and quality control strategies and programs for all co-manufacturing partners in order to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturing partners, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives, including process optimization, data analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing best practices and fostering a culture of quality excellence across co-manufacturing partnerships.
• Lead investigations into quality issues, determining root causes and implementing effective solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality management, food science, or engineering.
• Minimum of [5] years of experience in quality management within the co-manufacturing or food manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as FDA and GMP.
