Ireland onlyORS is seeking a BCAR Co-Ordinator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on the BC(A)R certification process across a range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, logistics, leisure, retail, and healthcare.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Solid construction/consultancy experience
- Strong technical knowledge: Building Regulations, detailing & project management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and develop
