- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients and introduce Opus1.io’s products and services.
- Qualification: Evaluate the needs and challenges of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and participate in strategy sessions to refine outreach approaches.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in the CRM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales executives, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. A background in music education, such as a former music instructor or studio administrator, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
