Your Impact:

As a Senior Cloud Applications Specialist, you will be a self-starter with technical knowledge, solid troubleshooting skills, detail orientation, and experience in using various software tools to process a wide variety of data types. You must be comfortable working both individually and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment, where the ability to communicate effectively across teams, multitask, and troubleshoot is essential.

What The Role Offers:

• Process incoming ESI and structured data using OpenText’s software.
• Utilize OpenText applications and scripts for data overlays and updates.
• Perform in-depth QC, adhering to checklist formats and service levels.
• Investigate and resolve data processing issues promptly.
• Ensure priority data is processed quickly to avoid delays.
• Provide consistent project status updates to teams.
• Communicate issues to senior team members or management.
• Coordinate with other teams to meet client deliverables and improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage changing requirements and workload with flexibility.
• Maintain confidentiality of client documents and OpenText procedures.
• Analyze workflows and suggest process automation for efficiency.
• Serve as the main contact for data processing issues and escalations.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, CIS).
• Experience with data processing and eDiscovery applications (Nuix, Axcelerate, Relativity, Brainspace).
• Litigation support experience in a vendor, law firm, or corporate legal department.
• Knowledge of forensic integrity in information acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in developing task and process automation for eDiscovery workflows.
• Extensive software and scripting experience (Python, Java).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
