The Opportunity:

We are looking for a lead consultant with hands on experience required on HPE UTM, Passive Portal to join our highly motivated team.The resource will act as service owner for HPE UTM Passive Portal providing technical governance and also mentoring for resources involved in the support of the HPE UTM, Passive Portal & enrichment system. As Service owner of HPE UTM, Passive Portal & enrichment, L3 resource will be required to keep track of response and resolution SLAs of tickets reported for HPE UTM, Passive Portal & enrichment.

Your Impact:

• Should have expertise in working on Linux/Unix environment
• Should possess detailed knowledge on UTM mapping
• Detailed knowledge on UTM for loading and enriching
• Detailed knowledge on UTM models and new node onboarding
• Detailed knowledge on UTM kettle development and code configuration changes
• Should have knowledge on databases including Oracle, PL/SQL and big database platforms like Hadoop.
• Owns development skills and able to understand, troubleshoot, define solution based on languages such as Java, Python, scripting etc.
• Should have very good domain knowledge of OSS, Radio, Microwave, IP, Optical (Network Accessibility, Inventory, Topology)
• Should have detailed knowledge on CORBA, TCP, SNMP protocols.
• Should have HPE UTM, Passive Portal & enrichment system performance improvement skills
• Good troubleshooting skills w.r.t typical TeMIP integrations with other solutions like NNMI/UCA/UTM/UTTL.
• Should have understanding on UMB, Kafka, Zookeeper.
• Desirable to have understanding or experience of data analytics, AI/ML languages and technologies
• Desirable to have understanding or experience of container/cloud technologies: AWS, Kubernates, Redhat Openshift
• Should be able to write technical documents (ex: configuration guides, SOPs and troubleshooting documents with the steps to be followed to fix the issue and share with L1 and L2 team).

What you need to succeed:

• • UTM for loading and enriching related configurations
  • Configurations of UTM models and new node onboarding
  • Maintain existing configurations in HPE UTM and Passive Portal
  • Maintain integrations within other solution systems
  • Maintain 99.5% uptime for all HPE UTM, Passive Portal & enrichment instances
  • UTM kettle development and code configuration changes
  • Customization of UTM mapping and field in data loader
  • Should be able to work on problems till the closure
  • Collaborate with product support team in finding out root causes and getting hot fixes / patch installation implemented in the system
  • Prepare RCA documentation for critical issues
  • Plan and execute actions to avoid repletion of issues
  • System Performance analysis
  • Plan and execute actions to maintain and improve performance as per agreed thresholds / standards
  • Plan capacity augmentation
  • Perform ongoing changes
  • Build and maintain documentation as per executed configuration changes
  • Build and maintain documentation for troubleshooting, resolution and performing regular activities (SOPs)
