OpenLoop is looking for a Unified Communications Systems Administrator to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and evolving the platforms that power our customer conversations across phone, SMS, chat, and email. You’ll own the configuration and performance of systems like Amazon Connect, Twilio, and Zoho Desk, ensuring seamless communication across the customer journey.
This role is equal parts systems administrator, business partner, and strategist—you’ll configure workflows, optimize experiences, troubleshoot issues, and help us explore new tools that support our growth.

Our tele-health support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
