Requirements
- Experience building or leading something (a club, a movement, a community, a campaign)
- Experience in Customer Success at a startup
- Ability to energize people your age and make them care
- Self-directed and able to create momentum in a remote environment
- Curious about data and comfortable tracking engagement metrics
- Excited about digital wellness, education, or youth advocacy
- AI-fluent: able to use tools to amplify impact, not replace thinking
